STEVARIO "C. WIND" WINDHOM

ABOUT ME
Born in Gifford, FL in 1986 and raised in Macon, GA, Stevario Christopher Windhom (better known as Chris Wind) is a musician, visual artist, and author of "The Book of Wind". Influenced heavily by martial arts and the success of his cousin, Kevin Liles (former president of Def Jam Recordings), "C. Wind" began recording and producing music at the age of 16. Combining his love for both drawing comics and creating music, he formed the ninja-themed Alternative/Hip-Hop/Funk group, Wind Clan, with his cousins J. Wind and E. Wind.
After graduating high school with an International Baccalaureate Diploma in Art, C. Wind attended Florida A&M University's School of Business and Industry. There he received an award for his controversial speech on the "N" word and the "Power of the Tongue" and a B.S. degree in Business Administration. This combination of skills and experience eventually led to an internship with TJ's DJs, Inc. (an organization largely responsible for the success of famed hip-hop artist B.o.B, and founded by his manager, TJ Chapman), and a long-term professional relationship with the legendary George Clinton of Parliament Funkadelic.
Wind eventually set out on his own, becoming an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church Monastery and founder of the Wind Temple of Universal Life which allows him to apply his various skills to create and support projects that are consistent with his message of personal and world transformation. At the end of 2013, Wind penned "The Book of Wind" using insights collected since his senior year of high school along with research and wise words from mentors along the way.
